
- Go to Roster module, click Supervisor check.
New Supervisor check creation
- Click New supervisor check,


- Select the site name.
- Choose the OE/OM name.
- Select the IN date.
- Select the OUT date.

- Review the Site Check Form and acknowledge with Yes or No.
- Add the employee’s signature.
- Enter any remarks.
- Click Save to successfully create the supervisor check.
Note: If a supervisor roster is assigned and the supervisor check is completed accordingly, a green-colored box will appear on the calendar to indicate completion.
Actions
- Use the Filter option to retrieve the desired supervisor check report.
- Click Export to download or print the report in Excel or printable format.
