Supervisor Check

  • Go to Roster module, click Supervisor check.

New Supervisor check creation

  • Click New supervisor check,

  • Select the site name.
  • Choose the OE/OM name.
  • Select the IN date.
  • Select the OUT date.
  • Review the Site Check Form and acknowledge with Yes or No.
  • Add the employee’s signature.
  • Enter any remarks.
  • Click Save to successfully create the supervisor check.

Note: If a supervisor roster is assigned and the supervisor check is completed accordingly, a green-colored box will appear on the calendar to indicate completion.

Actions

  • Use the Filter option to retrieve the desired supervisor check report.
  • Click Export to download or print the report in Excel or printable format.
