Site Summary Report
- Select Period
- Choose the reporting period (typically monthly) from the dropdown calendar.
- Select Project
- Choose the project/site name for which you want to generate the report.
- Select Modules for the Report
Choose one or more modules to be included in the report:- Attendance Client
- Formats:
- Without Timing
- With Timing
- With Timing & Photo
- With Timing (PLRD)
- With Timing and Photo (PLRD)
- Formats:

- Summary with Detail

- Add Signatory (Optional)
- If required, add the signatory of authorized staff (e.g., Supervisor, Operations Manager).
- The saved signatory will appear at the end of the report.
- Submit
- Click Submit to generate the report.
Result Display
- The report will be displayed with:
- Relevant subheadings for each module selected.
- A cover image representing the project or organization (if configured).
- Structured layout for clear readability and record-keeping.
Site Category Report :

Site Category Report – Workflow Overview
The Site Category Report provides a categorized overview of sites grouped by type (e.g., construction, government, places of worship). This report allows administrators to review site distribution, status, and operational timelines within each category.
the Site Category Report
- Select Status Filter
- Choose the desired Status from the dropdown:
- All – Shows all sites regardless of status.
- Active – Shows currently active sites.
- Inactive – Shows sites that have been closed or are no longer active.
- Choose the desired Status from the dropdown:
- Click Submit
- After selecting the status, click Submit to generate the report.
- View Category Summary
- The report will display a list of Category Names, such as:
- Construction Sites
- Government Buildings
- Places of Worship
- Commercial Buildings
- Educational Institutions
- Alongside each category, you will see the Site Count – indicating how many sites fall under each category.
- The report will display a list of Category Names, such as:
- View Detailed Site Information
- Click View next to a category to see detailed information for each site within that category:
- Project Name
- Year Started
- Year Ended (if applicable)
- Status (Active/Inactive)
- Number of Units (if applicable)
- Click View next to a category to see detailed information for each site within that category:
- Export the Report
- Click the Export button to generate a printable or downloadable version of the report for documentation or presentation purposes.
Weekly Operational Report
Units – Total number of units or deployment points (if relevant).
Select Week Date Range
Choose the start and end date of the desired week using the calendar picker.
This defines the reporting period for the weekly data.
Click Submit
Once the week is selected, click Submit to generate the report.
View Site Summary
The following site-level details will be displayed:
Site Name – Name of the site/project.
Year Started – The year the project began.
Year Ended – The year the project concluded (if applicable).
Status – Indicates whether the site is currently Active or Inactive.
