1. Overview
Step 1 : Click All Employee menu under “Employees Module “.
Only active employee can resign the job.
Step 2 : Click Resign under active employee list.
Resign employee have two section, such as Generate Resignation Letter and No Due Letter.
Note : The fields having * marks indicates mandatory fields.
2. Generate Resignation Letter
Step 3 : Enter resignation letter details.
- Employee Name : Employee name will show automatically.
- Letter Dated : Select resignation generated date.
- Last Working Date : Select your last working date.
- Signatory : Select signatory.
- Click Next move on to next section.
3. No Due Letter
- Click Previous move on to previous section.
- Click Submit resignation letter will be created.
Step 4 : Check no due letter
No due letter have two item table, such as Employee Item and Employer Item.
Employee Item
- Loan : If employee have any due for loan then uncheck clear option status will be change to pending.
- Inventory : If employee not submit inventory then uncheck clear option status will be change to pending.
Employer Item
- Salary Pending : If employee don’t have pending salary then check clear option status will be change to completed.
- CPF Pending : If employee don’t have pending CPF then check clear option status will be change to completed.
- Remarks : Enter remarks.
- Click Submit resignation letter has been created successfully.
