Profit per Project – Workflow Overview

1. Report Configuration
- Module: Analytics
- Report Type: Profit per Project Statement (pre-selected and constant)
- Period: Select the required month
- Project Name: Choose from
- All (for a consolidated report)
- Particular Project (to view data for a specific site)

2. Report Output Based on Selection
A. All Projects
When “All” is selected and submitted:
- A summary report is displayed showing:
- Total Income
- Other Income
- Total Expenses
- Credit Notes (if applicable)
- Total Profit (automatically calculated)

- Below the summary, each project is listed individually with:
- Project Name
- Total Income
- Total Expenses
- Profit
- Profit Percentage
- Detailed View

Detailed View Includes:
- Income Type (e.g., invoices)
- Income particulars (e.g., manpower, technology)
- Financial Year Profit (cumulative performance of the project over the year)

B. Particular Project
When a specific project is selected:
- A focused report is displayed for the selected site, including:
- Total Income
- Total Expenses
- Profit
- Credit Notes (if applicable)

Detailed View Includes:
- Type of Income (e.g., invoices)
- Income Particulars (e.g., manpower, technology)
- Expense Categories (e.g., employee salary, office staff salary, site-related expenses such as dummy, standby, training manpower)
- Financial Year Profit (specific to the selected site)
3. Calculations and Metrics
- Profit = Income − Expenses
- Profit Percentage = (Profit ÷ Income) × 100
- All figures are based on the selected month, unless specified otherwise (e.g., Financial Year Profit)
