The Pre-Employment Section is designed to ensure all new hires complete the necessary steps before being officially deployed to a site. This includes reviewing key reports and acknowledging company stand
Page 1: Pre-Employment Report
- Enter Training Date
- Input the date when the training was conducted.
- Enter Name of the Security Officer
- Type in the full name of the new officer.
- Select OE/OM Name
- Choose the Operations Executive or Manager overseeing the officer.
- Select Deployment Site
- Choose the site where the officer will be deployed.

- View Pre-Employment Report
- Once the above details are selected, the Pre-Employment Report will automatically be displayed.
- Acknowledge the Report
- The officer must read and acknowledge the contents of the report.

- Insert Employee Signature
- The officer must sign to confirm understanding and acceptance.

Page 2: Code of Conduct
- Code of Conduct Report Displayed
- This page shows the Pre-Employment Code of Conduct, automatically filled with
- Training Date
- Deployment Site
- Employee Name
- This page shows the Pre-Employment Code of Conduct, automatically filled with
- Acknowledgement Required
- The officer must read and acknowledge the Code of Conduct.

Page 3: Deed of Undertaking
- Deed of Undertaking Report Displayed
- This is a declaration of the officer’s commitment to comply with rules and responsibilities.
- Click Yes or No
- The officer must respond to the question (e.g., “Do you understand and accept the conditions?”).
- Acknowledge the Report
- Confirmation is required before proceeding.

Final Step: Save
- Once all pages have been acknowledged and signed, the Save button will appear.
- Click Save to complete the Pre-Employment Process.
