
Go to Operations module, click Patrol config.
Configured patrol list
This patrol configuration list updated from Splus guardhouse app, Please click here to view the guide for creating a new patrol.

- The project name and the patrol name are displaced.

- The Total checkpoints mapped to the patrol name displaced here.
- The Mandatory flag displayed Yes or no.

- Click on Details to view the patrol’s mapped points.


Modify Assigned Checkpoints
In Action, click Edit to modify the checkpoint details.


- The Patrol name can be modified.
- Enable Mandatory Flag Yes or No is required.
- Can modify the schedule type and site username.
Add shifts
Click Add shifts,

- Enter the start time and End time of the patrol or can modify the existing patrol.
Ramp up
Click Ramp up,


- Map the ramp-up days to increase patrol coverage. Only the selected ramp-up days will have additional patrol reporting—for example, on public holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays when extra clocking is required. Click ‘Ramp Up’ to configure the specific days and times.
- The ramp-up clocking configuration will be applied alongside the regular patrol schedule.
Ramp down
Click Ramp down,


- Map the specific days and times when the patrol configuration needs to be ramped down.
- The ramp-down schedule covers enough time to run patrols on those days.

How to Add Checkpoints
- Click Add Checkpoints to create a new entry.
- Enter the Checkpoint Name.
- Enter the Checkpoint Tag ID (scan the tag to get the ID number).
- Enter the Sequence Number.
- Enter the Interval Time.
- Add any necessary Remarks.
- Select Yes or No for whether an alert is required.
- Once all fields are completed, click Update.
The patrol configuration will then be updated and applied to the project.
Action

In the Action, click Print to download the report as a PDF.

Click Inactive to temporarily disable the patrol configuration. You can activate it again if needed.

Click Delete to permanently remove the patrol configuration.
