
- Go to Roster module, click OJT report list.
List of OJT report

- Once OJT attendance is created for any site, the corresponding OJT reports will be listed below.
- Under the Action column:
- Click New OJT Report to create a new report.
- Click Delete to remove an existing report.
New OJT Report creation
In Action, click New OJT report.

- Choose the training date.
- Select the security officer’s name.
- Select the OE/OM’s name.
- Choose the deployment site.
- Select the deployment date.

- Review the ON JOB TRAINING (OJT) REPORT items and acknowledge with Yes or No.
- Add the employee signature.
- Add the OM signature.
- Enter any remarks.
- Click Save to successfully generate the OJT report.
