Payroll -> Monthly Pay

“To process the monthly payroll, start by creating a payroll run for the specific month.”

STEP-1

Attendence copy – “The payroll attendance copy is used to transfer data from actual attendance. It copies the attendance details for all employees for the entire month.”

Run Restday/UPL – “Run the rest day/upl to apply the settings for all employees for the month.“

STEP -2

Monthly Advance :
Go to Add Monthly Advance.

Select the advance date for the month.

Enter the employee name.

Input the advance amount to be given.

Monthly Loan :

Go to Employee New Monthly Loan.

Enter the loan amount to be issued.

The system will check for any overlapping existing loans.

Select the EMI start date.

Choose the EMI type:

  • Fixed Amount
  • Fixed Terms
  • Fixed EMI Amount

To click Submit Button

Step -3

“In payroll, the first step is to refresh the employee list to display any newly added employee names.”

Export option to Print the file

Click on Excel Report to download payroll data for all employees in a single file.”

Rest Day

Allowance /Deductions – Monthly Allowance , Fixed Allowance
