Go to ICC module, click ICC Occurrence.

New E-occurrence creation
Click New-Occurrence,
- Choose the occurrence date.
- Choose the occurrence time.
- Select the project name.
- Select the subject type.
- Enter the details of the occurrence.
After entering the information, click Submit to save the occurrence record.
