Guide to Submit a New Grievance:

1. Select the Date

  • Choose the date the grievance is being submitted.
  • This will be logged as the official submission date.

2. Select the Employee Name

  • Choose the name of the employee who is submitting the grievance.
  • This can be the person raising the issue or the subject of the concern.

3. Choose the Reason

  • Select the reason for the grievance from a predefined list (e.g., unfair treatment, safety concern, harassment, schedule dispute, etc.).

4. Request To

  • Choose the appropriate recipient of the grievance:
    • Director
    • Manager
    • Supervisor
  • This determines who will receive and review the grievance for resolution.

5. Set Status

  • Choose the current status of the grievance:
    • Pending – Grievance is submitted but not yet resolved.
    • Resolved – Grievance has been addressed and closed.

You can update the status later as the issue progresses.

6. About the Grievance

  • Enter a detailed description of the issue or concern.
  • Be clear, specific, and factual to help ensure accurate handling.

7. Proposed Resolution

  • Describe the preferred or suggested solution to resolve the grievance.
  • This helps management understand what outcome the employee expects.

Final Step: Submit

  • Review the information.
  • Once all fields are completed, the grievance will be logged and sent to the selected authority for follow-up.
