Employee Circular
This feature is used to send official messages, announcements, or updates to employees, sites, or selected individuals. It includes scheduling, attachments, and acknowledgment options.
Fields and Their Functions:
- Signatory
- The name of the person issuing or signing the circular (e.g., HR Manager, Operations Head).
- Schedule Date
- Choose the date on which the circular should be sent or visible to employees.
- Content Type
- Choose how the circular content is provided:
- Text: Type the message directly in the message box.
- PDF: Upload a PDF file containing the circular details.
- Choose how the circular content is provided:
- Employee Name
- Select the employee(s) who will receive this circular.
- You can also send to:
- All Employees
- By Site
- Selected Employee(s)
- Subject
- Enter the title or topic of the circular (e.g., “New Site Deployment Policy”).
- Message
- Type the circular content/message if Content Type = Text.
- If you’re uploading a PDF, this can be left empty or used for a short description.
- Employee Signature
- Choose one:
- Required: Employee must acknowledge/sign the circular.
- Not Required: For info-only circulars, no action from the employee is needed.

To Field
- Specify the recipients of the circular:
- All Employees: Sent to everyone in the system.
- Site: Sent to employees assigned to a specific site.
- Selected Employee: Hand-pick specific individuals.
