E-Occurrence – Workflow Overview
The E-Occurrence feature allows site security officers to log daily operational activities, incidents, and patrol-related updates in real time. This process ensures accurate tracking and documentation of site activities via the S-Plus Guard House App (Mobile) or Guard House Web (System).
Key Functions
- E-Occurrences are logged hourly by the on-site security officer.
- Each site has a unique login link to access the Guard House Web.
How to Create a New E-Occurrence
- Login to the Guard House Web or App
- Use the individual site link and credentials to log in.
- New E-Occurrence Entry
- Enter the Employee Passcode to authenticate the user.
- Choose the Type of Occurrence:
- General Occurrence
- Break & Patrol
- Change Duty

- Occurrence Section
- Occurrence Date – Select the date of the event.
- Occurrence Time – Select the time the event occurred.
- Subject Type – Choose a subject relevant to the occurrence type (e.g., Incident, Visitor, Alarm).
- Occurrence Details – Provide a description of the incident or activity.
- Click Submit to record the entry.

Break & Patrol Functionality

Break Tracking
- Click “Start Rest Time” to begin tracking a short break.
- Click “Start Lunch Time” or “Start Dinner Time” to record meal breaks.
- Each break type will be time-stamped and recorded in the system.

Patrol Tracking

- Before starting a patrol, click “Start Patrol”.
- After completing the patrol, click the same button again to end it.
- Both start and end times will be recorded automatically and shown in the E-Occurrence log.
Current E-Occurrence Management
- Click on Current E-Occurrence.

- Enter the Site Password to access the module.

- From here, you can:
- Edit existing entries.
- Delete incorrect or duplicate entries.

System Integration
All submitted records are automatically logged in the system under:
Operations Module → E-Occurrence Report

This ensures centralized access for review, auditing, and historical reference.
