The Daily Patrol section provides a comprehensive view of employee patrol activity for a specific day. All clocked points recorded by employees during their patrols are displayed in this section, offering a clear and structured overview of movement across designated checkpoints. This real-time visibility allows supervisors to verify that employees have covered their assigned routes according to schedule and that no critical areas have been missed.
Creating a New Patrol
To assign a new daily patrol, follow the steps below:
- Select the Site Name:
Begin by selecting the site where the patrol will take place. It is important to ensure that employee attendance is properly mapped for the selected date—without it, the patrol cannot be assigned to that employee.
- Choose the Patrol Date:
Select the specific date on which the patrol should be active. This ensures that scheduling aligns with current site requirements. - Set the Interval Between Checkpoints:
Define the regular time interval between each patrol point. This interval determines how frequently the employee should clock in at each checkpoint during their shift. - Submit the Patrol:
After all fields are filled in, click Submit. The system will generate and assign the patrol based on the selected site, date, and interval.
Viewing Assigned Patrols
Once submitted, the newly assigned patrol will be visible under the specified date and site. This ensures transparency in scheduling and allows supervisors to confirm that all necessary patrols have been planned and assigned correctly. From this section, patrols can be monitored in real-time as employees begin their routes, or reviewed later for compliance and performance tracking. Additionally, completed patrols can be exported in PDF or Excel format for any selected date range—ideal for reporting, audits, or operational reviews.
