Go to Project module, click All project.
All project
- Click the Filter option to find the desired project.
- Click Details to view the full information of the project.
- The basic information of the project displayed and can be modify.
Gh config
- Click GH Config to view the Splus GH information.
- The password for Splus GH Info is displayed here.
- The Splus GH Config password is shown here.
Mapping visitor type
In splus gh web, visitor management visitor type is added from here.
- Enable VMS.
- Click Add/edit to enable or disable the visitor type and give submit.
- The visitor type is added from Visitors module ->Visitor pass ->Visitor type.
Once the visitor type added, click details to add the menu to visitor type.
- The mobile number is set by default.
- Enable the required menus to make them show or mandatory.
- Once enabled, click Update. The changes will be reflected in the SPlus GH Web – Visitor Management System.
QR code
- Click Generate to create the web URL for GH, VMS, and Client Query.
- Once the URL is generated, you can copy it or click Preview to view the QR code. Scan the QR code using a mobile device to access the link or click Download to share the QR code.
Invoice Config
Click Invoice config,
- Enable the invoice number format by selecting Yes or No.
- If Yes is selected, enter the Prefix, Middle, Suffix, and Separator.
- Click Save to apply the format, which will be reflected in the invoices for the selected project only.
