“All Employees” Section Overview
This section provides a comprehensive view of all the employees in the organization. It’s typically used by HR, supervisors, or administrators to manage staff-related information efficiently.
Key Features Explained:
1. Employee List
- What it shows: A list of every employee registered in the system.
- Details included: Status (e.g., Active, Resigned), personal details, job title, and more.

2. Top-Left Summary Panel
This area gives you a quick snapshot of employee demographics and classifications:
- Total Employees: Total number of staff currently in the system.
- Singaporean: Number of Singaporean employees.
- Malaysian: Number of Malaysian employees.
- SO (Security Officer): Count of employees with the SO role.
- SSO (Senior Security Officer), SS (Supervisor), SSS (Senior Supervisor), WSO (Workplace Safety Officer): Number of staff under each rank/designation.
- Above 60: Number of employees over the age of 60 (possibly for regulatory or insurance tracking).

3. Action Column/Panel
Under “Action,” you can perform several tasks for each employee:
- View/Edit Employee: Open and update the employee’s profile and details.
- Employee Reviews: Access past performance reviews or feedback.
- Attendance History: View the employee’s attendance records.
- Resign: Record an employee’s resignation.
