
Go to Clients module, click All clients.
Overview
All clients displayed here are based on the selected status.

Client Details
Click details to view the client details.

Client Basic Details

- The client name can be modified.
- The client address can be modified.
- The locality can be modified.
- The client category can be modified.
Site Map

Click Edit to update the site’s mapped location.

Obtain the latitude and longitude from Google Maps or OneMap.
- Enter the location’s latitude.
- Enter the location’s longitude.
- Specify the site radius for the location.
Click Update to apply the location changes to the project.
Billing Details

In the Billing Invoices section, any necessary updates can be made here:
- You can update the MA name.
- You can update the MCST details.
- You can update the billing contact and billing address.
- Enable Show MA Name to display the default MA name on invoices.
- Enable Hide Site Name to hide the site name on invoices, if required.
Premises info

In the Premises Info section:
- You can update the Guardhouse contact number, which will be shown in the daily attendance and used for ICC communication.
- You can update the operations contact details.
- You can update the block, floor, and unit information, which is used in the VMS.
Client Contacts
Client login can be created from this section. (URL: https://portal.splus.one/#/clientlogin)


Click New site contact, enter the required details to create a client login.

Follow the steps below to create a client login:
- Enter the full name.
- Enter the contact number.
- Enter the email address.
- Select the designation.
- Enable User Login (Yes or No).
- If Yes, enter the username.
- Select the user role.
- Enter the password and confirm it.
- Once the login credentials are updated, remember the password. If forgotten, the password can be edited again for privacy purposes.
- Click Save to create a client login.

Once the login is created, click View under Permissions, enable the required menus, and click Save to apply the changes.
