1. Overview
Step 1 : Click All Employee menu under “Employees Module”.
Step 2 : Click Details view and edit employee detail.
Step 3 : Click Contract & KET view and edit employee contract & KET detail.
Created employee contract & KET data loaded into the list.
1. Click KET view employee KET details.
2. Click Contract view employee contract details.
Step 4 : Click Edit under employee contract & KET list action.

Step 5 : Enter employment details.
- Contract Date : Select contract date
- Contract Type : Select contract type
- KET Issue Date : If employee have KET issue date and select KET issue date
- Place of Work : Select place of work
Step 6 : Enter salary details.
- AWS : Enter AWS amount.
- Variable payment : Enter variable payment.
- Bonus : Enter bonus amount.
Step 7 : Enter leave and notice period details.
- Annual Leave : Enter annual leave.
- Sick Leave : Enter sick leave.
- Hospitalization Leave : Enter hospitalization Leave.
- Probation Period : Enter probation period.
- Notice Period : Enter notice period.
- Notice Salary Period : Enter notice salary period.
- Notice Period After Probation : Enter notice period after probation.
- Paid Medical Examination Fee : If have paid medical examination fee click enable.
- Other Medical Benefits : If have Other Medical Benefits enter Other Medical Benefits (Remarks).
Step 8 : Enter disclaimer details.
- Disclaimer : Enter disclaimer.
- Notice Period Disclaimer : Enter notice period disclaimer.
- Place of Work Disclaimer : Enter place of work disclaimer.
- Duration of Employment Disclaimer : Enter duration of employment disclaimer.
Step 9 : Select signatory.
Click Submit employee KET will be updated successfully.
