1. Overview
Step 1 : Click Payments menu under “Billing Module”.
Payments have two section, such as Add Payment and Payment History.
Note : The fields having * marks indicates mandatory fields.
2. Add Payment
Pending payment project will shows in payment list and add payment for particular project in payment list.
Step 2 : Click Add Payment.
1. Click New add new project name.

2. Click Submit payment will be added.
Step 3 : Pending invoice list
- Based on the project, all outstanding invoices will be shown.
Step 4 : Pending credit note list
- Based on the project, all outstanding credit note will be shown.
Step 5 : Enter payment details
- Client Name : Based on the project client name will be shown.
- Project Name : Select project name.
- Pending Invoice : Select invoice from pending invoice list.
- Pending Credit Note : If have any outstanding amount from credit note. Select credit note from pending credit note list.
- Invoice Balance : Selected pending invoice amount will be shown.
- Credit Note Total : Selected pending credit note amount will be shown.
- Invoice Payable : Subtraction of Invoice Balance amount from Credit Note Total amount.
- Payment Type : Select payment type.
1) If select payment type Cheque or GIRO(Bank Transfer)
- Received Bank : Select received bank
- Received Cheque No : Enter received cheque no
- Bank Credited to : Select bank credited to
- Payment Date : Select payment date.
- Click Submit the payment has been added successfully.
